Following his time in The Spencer Davis Group in the late 1960"s, Eddie Hardin hitched up with former Davis Group drummer Pete York for four duo albums. This debut solo album then originally appeared in 1972 on the Decca label. He had been writing and producing with Ray Fenwick for their own production company, leasing the results to Decca. One of these recordings was the TV theme to the children"s TV show "Magpie" (that was credited to The Magpie Band). This special package includes the original album plus a few rarities from the production team, credited to "Jake".
