"King Mango", a collection of original instrumentals, presents slide guitar weaving through a web of colorful acoustic instruments including tiple, ukulele and mandolin. The emphasis is on melody and enriched harmonies which evoke hawaiian and caribbean textures and rhythms as well as those of jazz and swing.
