"Streamers Waving", originally published in 1925, is an observation of the 1920s scene through the eyes of the eccentric Lydia Clame. Kitchin was the author of "Mr Balcony", and of the bestselling crime novels "Death of My Aunt", "Death of his Uncle" and "Crime at Christmas".
