Wild Horse Canyon is a story within a story within a story, interwoven within a story. It begins with the Spanish settlement of Mexico and follows a group of horses that escape during battle and search for a new home. The home they find is West of the Pecos River and becomes known as Wild Horse Canyon. This book tells the stories of the canyon and the people who discover and use it from the early days to the present.
