A great cast heads this charming film with Lorraine Bracco ( Medicine Man, Goodfellas), John Heard (Home Alone, Awakening), Oscar-Winner Ben Johnson (Best Supporting Actor "The Last Picture Show", Shane, She Wore A Yellow Ribbon, Fort Apache, Rio Grande), and Elijah Wood (The Lord of the Rings Trilogy). The story deals with afamily torn apart by violence but healed by two boys imagination. Inspired by a local legend, the boys attempt to build a working airplane and in the process transforms their ordinary red "Radio Flyer" wagon into a flying machine. A beautiful-made movie filled with all the heartache and joy of childhood, it is a daring, amazing and deeply moving film. A wonderful family film that everyone will enjoy.
