This Weekly Reader book was written by Stephen Cosgrove and illustrated by Robin James. Snaffles was published in 1980. This book is a beautifully illustrated fable about emotions and friendship. There are fourteen full page illustrations with the text on the back of each so removing the pages for framing would be easy.
