When Roger Dalton is asked by the police to identify a body found in a London hotel he is horrified to discover it is that of his colleague Tom Jamison who has been brutally murdered. Roger had worked in London for the same American Corporation as Tom for many years while his old friend and colleague was based in the Far East. Roger and his wife Helen set off on a perilous journey, which takes them half way round the world, to discover the reason for Tom"s death. In their quest for the truth Roger and Helen stir old memories and rekindle their love but as they unravel the mystery of Tom"s death the truth is revealed about the darker side of the corporation"s business dealings.
