When Miranda wants a sister to play with at the beach, she draws a girl in the sand and wishes with all her might. To her surprise, Old Daddy Rock gives her "Sandy", a sister to play with until the tide comes in. They have lots of fun, but at the end of the day, Miranda must say goodbye.
