Trobairitz D"Oc ("Troubadour in Occitan") was founded in 2004 as a vocal duo exploring the Occitan Italian and French repertoire with new colors. The vocal duo, formed by Paola Lombardo and Valeria Benigni, draws on the synthesis of the different musical backgrounds of the two singers: Paola comes out of Italian and Mediterranean folk; Valeria is a jazz singer with a great passion for musical traditions. Lo Mau d Amor is their second album.
