Annual CD-ROM, in cardboard sleeve, contains all the 2005 official ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes, a change indicator field to designate whether a code is new or revised, and an indication if a code requires a fourth and/or fifth digit. Data file is provided in a tab-delimited file format and a fixed-field file format that can be used in any database.
