Early Phonics in Context
Children develop phonic skills as they read original and often humorous passages and answer questions about the story. Each story focuses on a specific sound. Early Phonics in Context includes a carefully developed sequence of activities to teach and reinforce vowel blends and more complex vowel/consonant combinations. The sounds covered include ee", ar", ai", oa" and oo". An ideal classroom supplement or for use in special needs, remedial and tutorial settings. For more phonics activities, see the title Phonics in Context.
