Each "Black Letter" is written by experienced law school teachers who are recognized national authorities in the subject covered. The author of this "Black Letter" succinctly states the law. In addition, the exceptions to the rules are stated in the text. The rules and exceptions have purposely been condensed to facilitate quick and easy recollection.
