Darin Talbot has recently emerged as the latest torch bearer in the time honored tradition of the classic singer-songwriter. Although stylistic similarities to such seminal artists as James Taylor, Jimmy Buffett, and Jim Croce do reveal his influences, Talbots original songs and stories remain uniquely his own epic ballads of curiously colorful characters, bittersweet tales of impassioned love lost, and tender vignettes describing natures peaceful beauty, are all themes woven seamlessly into his material.
