With just a single push down on the skull & cross bone icon at the top of the mast, the mast will telescope down bending the sail outward as if it is catching a huge gust of air. Release the mast, and watch as the ship sails off as the mast & sail returns back to its original position. The figure can be pegged in the front of the ship. Collect all 3!!
