"Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man" ( Matthew 15:11). Are sins of speech really serious? If we search our souls with all honesty, we will see how cruel and vain are so many of the words we utter. Have you considered the words we speak of: judgments, profanity and foul language, angry words, lying, boasting, querulousness, and arrogance, just to name a few. Once we have identified the sins of speech to which we fall victim, here is a plan to overcome them.
