Saratoga Performaing Arts Center is a great old school venue chocked full of fantastic ABB fans who got the show of the tour so far. This one was a real crowd pleaser with a killer set list- lots of songs played that we don"t hear very much. Kudos to Luther and Cody Dickinson of the North Mississippi Allstars for some serious kick-ass guest performances as well as to Oteil for an outstanding bass solo in "Same Thing" that got several loud ovations from the audience. The harmonizing with both voices and guitars on "Come Into My Kitchen" was amazing! Gregg nailed it on "Hwy 61." Warren"s rendition on "Dreams to Remember" was achingly soulful. Derek"s solo in "High cost of Low Living" was a show stopper! Derek and Warren continued to trade licks like there was no tomorrow and the three guitar jamfest to close "Hwy 61" (with Luther joinging in) was extraordinary. The drums were Rocking all night long!
