The APS Paderno World Cuisine three-tier chromed steel stand measures 16 1/8" high. The stand is used with the white melamine trays that measure 7 1/8" square or 8 1/4" square . The trays are sold separately and are items No.44841-18 and No.44841-21. The trays can simply be placed on the stand to serve anything from sushi to desserts or small melamine dishes can be placed on the trays to provide individual portions of salty or sweet dishes.
