Inspired by " The Conference of the Birds" and "The Seven Valleys of Love" by Persian sufi poet Attar. The Order of the Elements is a four part epic poem discussing the natural internal development of a human being when faced with the most common and universal of external struggles. All four chapters Earth, Fire, Water and Air serve as a fitting metaphor for the death and rebirth of man through the experiences that if overcome will lead to his inevitable enlightenment.
