An alternative to the spicy steamed semolina cake rice-lentil, Idli.Rava Idli is made from semolina, tempered with spices, blended with yoghurt & steamed.The favorite dish liked by everyone is Rava Idli taken anytime in a day paired with coconut chutney/peanut chutney/sambhar.Rava Idli is healthy and tasty.Preparation:Mix the contents of this pack in 300ml. of water.Add 2tsp.finely chopped coriander leaves.Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins.2.Lightly grease a set of idli moulds with oil.Stir batter gently and pour 30ml batter into each mould3.Boil approx. 1 liter water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker.Place idli moulds inside.Cover and steam on high heat for 15mins.If pressure cooker is used do not apply weight/whistle.Serve steaming hot,fluffy side up with Gits Instant Sambhar and coconut chutney.
