A mystery comes to light and an adventure begins when photos of the Angry Angel, a B-17G bomber, long thought to have been lost during the war over Germany after her thirty-five missions, arrives one day at a museum. Photos that show she has been sitting in an old barn out west for over 60 years... in original condition. The staff at the museum desperately wants the old war bird as a tribute for display, one that properly honors those Airmen who gave their lives during the conflict. Brittinney and her grandfather, the pilot who flew her during the war, both want the Angel flown to the new museum home they have chosen for her on the East coast. The representative from the FAA wants to keep her grounded, because there is no money in his pocket if it crashes on take off. An Angel returns to battle once more with her guns loaded as a new crew of teenagers comes together, and races to get their Angry Angel back into the air. Their mission is readying her for flight and getting her home, all the while keeping her hidden from the rich greedy collector who just wants her, by any means necessary.
