Mike Tamio grew up in a Cosa Nostra environment. He found himself completely happy as a capo in the mob, until he met and fell in love with Jackie Donelli. But there were complications: she was his best friend"s girl. When his friend is killed, Mike is framed for his murder. Jackie, an orphan raised by a rich aunt, becomes a prominent actress and talk show hostess. During a talk show interview, she meets a Washington, D.C. lobbyist, who becomes a thorn in her life.
