Enraged over the pitiful plight of local miners, feisty flame-haired Carrie O"Leary decides to take action. Gun in hand, she bursts into the offices of the Crested Butte Courier and kidnaps editor Matt Worthington, the handsome-but infuriating- nephew of the Silver Queen mine"s unscrupulous owner. Though feverish with desire for the spirited beauty who holds him captive, the lusty newspaperman resists the urging of his heart.
