Dream Drift Ida and Pingala are the names in yoga of the two main channels in the normal condition of the human being, through which the life force flows in and out and nourishes the human consciousness. Apart from these, there are many others known in the science of yoga, that can be activiated or remain latent depending on the individiual state of consciousness. Dream, Contemplation, Meditation, intuition-just some of the many terms we use to explore the area beyond the skeleton of our limited reality.
