Gabriel Zufferey recorded his first solo album, Contemplation, in a village at an altitude of 1,700 meters. In this serene environment he meditated and reflected on his ten year career. Accompanied by Pierre-André Georges (tuner), Etienne Métrailler (sound engineer), and Renaud Kressmann (his manager for more than 10 years), Zufferey, in three days, extracted the best of this place. He gives us a refined account with plenty of poetry, in harmony with the place where he recorded it; in the mountains, under the stars.
