This book presents a relatively new perspective of learning evaluation in interactive forms. It examines how long-term effects can be achieved, i.e. a sustainable development with the aid of projects, an important issue, particularly in the context of EU Structural Funds. The learning evaluation concepts are grounded in theory; however, chapters also include practical examples of learning evaluation, which are discussed in depth, including the researcher"s or evaluator"s constructive dialogue with participants the importance of critical examination, and that approaches shift between proximity and distance common knowledge formation in a learning evaluation and analysis seminars as a way of achieving this.
