The Shins" new album "Wincing the Night Away" (due January 23) is easily one of the most long-in-coming, highly anticipated albums of 2007. "Phantom Limb" is the first single, while both b-sides are exclusive to this release. A drastically different version of "Spilt Needles" appears on "Wincing the Night Away".
