Chameleo-Cop is about a cop named Zapher Minkney, Zap to his friends, who was cloned as a younger cop just coming out of the academy. The scientist used his DNA to make a clone with special abilities. You see his clone, Vinkman Minkney, is able to blend into anything that is in his surroundings, like a chameleon. It makes him the ultimate undercover officer.
