The Midnight Hour is a story of a young man with a Tom Sawyer-like knack for getting himself and his friends into trouble. Alcohol and drugs begin to take a toll on him, and eventually take him down a road from which he will spend the rest of his life getting back from. After breaking his neck in a horrific one-car accident following a night of partying, he spent close to an hour in the company of the devil, fearfully waiting for emergency room personnel to bring him back to life.
