When Faine and Marella meet two young Roman Tribunes from the great Roman fort on the plain, their lives are changed forever. Laurel Lamperd has always had an interest in the history of Ancient Rome. Writing Crossroads at Isca has satisfied one of her ambitions to write a novel set in Roman Britain.
