The new Mako M5 from Easton is somewhat of an exception from the traditional Mako series stick. This stick focuses on top of the line performance, while also placing emphasis on durability and strength. That being said, the Mako M5 is going to be something that you could compare to the durability of Easton"s previous ST stick. Easton features their textured, woven, Kevlar wrap on the outer layer of the shaft. This will provide improved feel. Not only will it lessen vibrations, but it will improve durability. In addition to the Kevlar wrap, the M5 has thicker shaft walls which are made of graphite, multiplying its strength. Finally, Easton"s square corners and slight concave walls make for a comfortable fit in your glove.
