Evaluating Financial Condition: A Handbook for Local Government is a completely revised 4th edition of ICMA"s classic book on building fiscal sustainability. This edition was developed in close cooperation with GFOA and management practitioners. The new handbook reflects changes brought to public finance by GASB Statements 34 and 27, as well as the experience of local governments over the past two decades.
