It’s obvious that as of right now...this band has never sounded better...that shuddering doom chug and emotive vocal roar all present and correct, but the highlight here for me is “Cold”, a chilling, heartfelt dooooom anthem, laidback but majestically heavy, working up to an addictive rolling-thunder Sab riff...loose and groovy it may be but it’s dejected and destructive and all the right doom words too.
