A medium to hot madras style curry sauce made with ground cashews and richly spiced to give a delicious spicy curry with a hint of creamy cashews. This sauce can be easily adapted to make a milder or creamier curry with the addition of cream or yoghurt. Alternatively a chopped onion or tomato can be added when cooking your curry.
