Attractive Caverswall plate - The Royal Star and Garter Home - for disabled Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen. This plate was specially commissioned by Artistic Treasures of Richmond for the International Year of Disabled People 1981. Although previously owned, this plate is in good condition, and measures approximately 10.75 inches in diameter. Plate is numbered 39 out of only 350 pieces ever made.
