Description Florisene consists of a highly absorbable form of iron, a significant level of the essential amino acid Lysine, along with two other essential nutrients that are required for hair growth. Ingredients Vitamin C 24mg, Vitamin B12 3ug, Iron (as Ferrous Glycine Sulphate) 24mg, L-Lysine 500mg Tableted with Calcium Carbonate Prep., Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Titanium Dioxide & Iron Oxide), Crosslinked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate. Contraindications Do not take any other supplements containing iron whilst taking Florisene. Consult a doctor before taking Florisene if pregnant or breastfeeding. Florisene should not be taken whilst taking oral antibiotics. Florisene should not be taken within 2 hours of taking any medication, including indigestion remedies. This amount of iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. This product contains iron which if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children, keep out of sight and reach. In cases of overdose, seek medical help. Directions One to three tablets 3 times daily for the first 6 months. Thereafter, for maintenance purposes,take one tablet daily. However, for those who have heavy periods or who are vegetarian, then 2 tablets may be required daily. Florisene should be taken with water half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach.
