Jane Lyle created the Lovers" Tarot for questions about "affairs of the heart." The deck includes only the 22 major arcana cards in a very large format. The images by Oliver Bursten are exquisite collages of figures and scenes typical of European art of centuries past. Each card has the traditional number and name. In her book The Lovers" Tarot (hardcover, 160 pgs.), Lyle describes each card in four different ways: what it shows about you, your partner, the relationship and the future. Within each of these categories, she presents the card as a gift (when upright) and a challenge (when reversed). She also offers a few relationship spreads and sample readings.
