Charlotte has taken the opportunity to evolve her sound on this album by adding more electric guitar which adds depth to some songs. Also a few incorporate natural sounds and build lengthy instrumental sections such as the wonderful "Bury Me Here" originally done on her first album. On songs such as "I Wish, I Wish" we hear a mixture of chiming electric guitar, banjo powerful instrumental sections and traditional melodies.
