The submarine USS Tulsa is silently tracking a Russian nuclear sub when another sub collides with the Tulsa-sending her to the ocean floor. Now, Captain Geoff Richter must struggle to maintain order inside the crippled ship-as the oxygen is slowly depleted, power systems begin to fail, and time runs out.
