The Sirius ep is the forerunner to Project Skyward"s next full length album "Moved by opposing forces." It remains consistent with their overall mood of spacey guitars, analogue tones, electronic beats and ethereal vocals. However, this ep shows a more upbeat and indie-pop side to their sound, with really catchy melodies and slightly harder, more definitive beats. Its a fantastic prelude to the coming album as each track exemplifies one of four different moods they plan to take on the new LP. Moods ranging from ethereal pop, to edgy 90"s influenced guitars and dark, groove oriented beats. Project Skyward have gone all out on the production for this album, every sound tweaked and refined. The Sirius ep is a great teaser for Project Skyward"s coming album.
