This Westmark "Flexi" combined turner/scraper is non-stick and is made of high grade polyamide plastic and silicone. It is heat resistant to 210°C/410°F. The red section is the flexible silicone scraper and the black polyamide being the turner section. The turner/scraper is 30cm/12in long with the blade having a maximum width of 8cm/3.1in.
