Legends were born in the mining regions of the West. Many were made by women. Despite their profession, prostitutes were among the most unique and visionary mavericks. While prostitution may not have been the most noble of professions, it was the oldest, and it flourished for over one hundred and fifty years in the Coeur d"Alenes of North Idaho. Molly was one of those prostitutes. She and others like herself bravely forged ahead to build their own legacies amongst the pioneers of the Old West. And the legends live on.
