When law-abiding schoolboy Buzz Beecham chanced to get on the same bus as Fingers Valentine, he set in motion a chain of events which ended in a full-scale riot at the Summer Fayre. Even a bulldog called Britannia"s Glory were tangled up in this tangled plot and its comic climax.
