During a grand parade honoring Lord Hoseki, the narcoleptic princess Lapis Lazul falls (literally) into Ryusuke"s arms, and it is love at first sight. But she is whisked away by castle guards, never to be seen by Ryusuke again - not until he decides to scale the castle walls to find her. When Ryusuke is caught by Lord Hoseki, the sentence is death.
