The 22th Gunma Symposium provided an international forum at which scientists could exchange and discuss information on the latest developments in brain peptide research --- an area currently attracting considerable interest. The book includes papers on important immuno-cytochemical, anatomical and physiological aspects of endocrinology. Other contributions discuss the co-existence of various hormones and the connections between nuclei.
