On one side of the map is a highly detailed and colourful map of Madeira with inset maps of Porto Santo and Ilhas Desertas, small town plans of Machico and Porto Santo and information about the islands in English, French, German and Portuguese. On the reverse is a town plan of Funchal and a large scale map showing the area around this main town.
