This volume present works by seven women who work in the field of conceptual sculpture: Sara Barker, Carol Bove, Karla Black, Thea Djordjadze, Isa Genzken, Kitty Kraus and Tatiana Trouvé. Varying in approach from installation to processual works and found objects, each of these artists has significantly expanded the terms of contemporary sculpture.
