Best known as the former frontman of the hugely successful 1200 Techniques, N"FA (formerly N"FAMAS) is no stranger to success. As one of Australia"s first breakthrough hip hop groups, they sold over 50,000 albums, had several high charting releases, bagged a couple of ARIA awards, and captivated audiences around the country with their staggering, raw performances. N"FA has spent the past two years bringing his new solo vision to the nation with his critically acclaimed - and in some cases critically misunderstood solo album "Cause An Effect" - all with more than a little help from his childhood pal and business partner in crime, the late and great Heath Ledger. Now in 2008 N"FA - No Fixed Abode - is finalizing a new musical movement with an album to be released in 2009. In the interim N"FA has put together the, "Brain Wash" EP, featuring a heartfelt and powerful array of songs with artists from across the globe in his true No Fixed Abode style. Working with artists with varying languages, and varying home towns, the "BrainWash" EP is a new and exciting sound for N"FA. The EP features instrumentals and songs produced by the full time MC, and anecdotes of his father"s native Creole tongue.
