"Canal Joven" is a Spanish three-level course for foreign students aged between 14-17. This course has adopted a task-based approach. Levels are structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference. "Canal Joven" is a communicative course with a task-based approach, which includes a task every four lessons. Lessons are structured around a topic related to the world of adolescents (the high school, leisure time, shopping, NGOs, etc.). This course includes vocabulary from the new media (e-mails, mobile phones, etc.). The authors propose in this book a comprehensive language learning: grammar, vocabulary and Hispanic culture. The transcripts of the CD listening activities (audio CD for each level are available separately) are included at the back of the student book. Students will listen to different Spanish accents in this CD. Words from Spanish America are marked with an asterisk in the glossary at the back of the book. Each course level includes the following material: Student"s book; Workbook; Teacher"s book; and, CD-ROM. All the material is in Spanish.
