Water wells must be rehabilitated periodically to keep the wells producing satisfactorily for long periods of time. This report offers techniques for both assessing the condition of water wells and rehabilitating wells, with emphasis on new chemical treatment techniques and adaptations of technologies from other industries. While this report does not rate individual products, it does recommend the types of treatments that may be most appropriate for various rehabilitation needs. Includes CD-ROM with appendices.
