Professor Fossey John Cobb Hearnshaw (1869- 1946) was the British author of: Freedom in Service: Six Essays on Matters Concerning Britain"s Safety and Good Government (1916) and Main Currents of European History (1917). He was a Professor of Mediæval History in the University of London.
